1. Upgrading of different types of surface-to-air missile systems:

            The company is capable of upgrading combat machinery by arrangement with the customer in the following fields:

- replacement of potentially unreliable VHF devices with more up-to-date equipment;

- replacement of pieces of the equipment that are no longer manufactured;

- enhancement of small target detection range and increasing the small target tracking fidelity under the conditions of dense electronic counteraction;

- automation of surveillance data processing and SAM systems antenna/launch equipment control;

- comprehensive research on local air defense and enhancement of its efficiency and combat capabilities, using the most advanced technological solutions.

2. Reparative works and overall repairs with subsequent upgrading of the machinery:

- “Tor”, S-125, “Osa-AKM”, “Kub”, “Buk”, “Tunguska”, and “Strela-10M” SAM systems;

- multi-purpose radar systems;

- other kinds of electronic warfare; 

            In terms of the above-stated machinery, the Generator completes repairs of the following:

-         electronic devices and complex equipment of the VHF waveband;

-         radio communication and television systems; 

-         information processing and visualization systems;

-         antenna/feeder devices (AFD);

-         power supply systems;

-         separate units of replacement and maintenance toolkits (RMT).

            As a result of the reparative works, the combat machinery acquires longer service life. Also, the relevant operational documentation is normally renewed/upgraded and the combat machinery repairs and maintenance toolkits (RMT) are re-equipped.

            Following the completion of the repair works, the combat machinery undergoes comprehensive operational tests, and then field trials are undertaken. The repaired combat equipment is covered by the company’s warranty. The GENERATOR also provides service and maintenance of the repaired machinery after the warranty expired. A number of specific repairs can be done at the customer’s facilities.

            Our subcontractors at specialized repair enterprises carry out the reparative works on the engine-driven parts and technical maintenance equipment of combat vehicles.

3. RENEWAL & SERVICE LIFE ENHANCEMENT

KIU-77 (KIU-91) pulse amplifier klystrons used in 35D6, 36D6 and 19Zh6 radars;

U52142 complex device assemblies designated for Tor SAM system;

KG-3, KU-137, KIU-43 generator klystrons designated for S-300 SAM system;

MI-285 magnetrons intended for PRV-13 altimeter;

KU-318 television klystrons;   

and other equipment of the above-listed classes
