Automatic illumination switch reduces electric power consumption and belongs to energy saving appliances. The switch is recommended for installation in areas where people’s presence is short and occasional, such as house entrances, corridors, overpasses, landings etc. The switch is also designed for indoor installation in appartments, cottages, dachas, production facilities.
The switch is light- and sound-sensitive. In case of insufficient natural light (twilight time) or on sounds that originate from human activity (like speech, loud steps, opening or closing door sound etc.) the illumination device automatically switches on for 20-40 sec. In case of no further sounds the switch automatically switches off the illumination device. The ABO-1 switch will automatically switch on consecutively in case of a new sound. The above switch turns the illumination source (incandescent lamp) on and off gradually that provides loger life cycles of lamps.
