HOUSEHOLD GAS COUNTERS
The membrane based gas meters Octava-A G6-2, G4/G6-1, G4L, G2,5L, G1,6L , G4, G2,5, G1,6 are produced on the equipment licensed by Shlumberger Industry (France) and meet technical specifications of European Association of Household Gas Meters Producers Moreover, Octava-A gas meter is the unique model throughout the Ukraine that has a cyclic capacity size of 3.5 dm3 which provides high unit reliability.
Component parts responsible for high quality and reliability of the devices are produced under strict specifications of the state-of-the-art technologies using high quality materials from leading European producers like Loctite (Austria), Ticona, Sico (Germany), Vyncolit (Belgium) etc.
Gas meter unit is designed to measure and count the volume of gas in the household provided that the total amount of gas consumption of the installed gas equipment does not exceed the maximum volume of gas flow rate of the appropriate gas meter unit type:
G1,5: gas-stove + geyser ; G2,5: gas-stove + geyser + low-power boiler
G6-1, G6-2, G4/6, G4: gas-stove + geyser + middle-power boiler + stand-alone boiler-house/boiler-plant.
Oktava gas meters G4; G2,5; G1,6 are manufactured in two modifications with left- and right-side type of connection to the gas-supply system.
Gas meters made by “Generator” plant provide stable operation under low gas pressure conditions during winter time due to the low own loss ratio. They are also almost insensitive to large pressure differential in gas-supply system, well adapted to raw gas, meet fire safety codes.
During 11 years (from 1994 to 2005) “Generator” produced more than 750 thousand gas meter units in different models , and now it has a productive capacity of 15 thousand gas meter units per month.
